Return Policy

Items purchased from Gingerlily can be returned within 14 days of receipt of shipment in most cases . During this period , you can try the product on and examine it as you would if you were purchasing something in a physical store . The product must be in the same condition in which you received it and must not be damaged in any way . You are allowed to remove the product from its packaging , unless it is sealed .
If you decide to return the items , you will need to let us know by completing the returns form on our website , or by using the model withdrawal form below .

You can return your online purchase up to 14 days after receiving the package.

It is possible to return unwanted items to our online store.

RETURN ONLINE

In the event of a withdrawal, the return costs are your responsibility. If you wish to return an item, please contact us by clicking on the attached link: Make a return.

Afterwards, please drop off the package at the nearest La Poste / Colissimo Relay Point. Please note that the package may take 3 to 14 working days to reach our warehouse.

Food products cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons.

Please note that we do not collect items returned to Parcel Relay Points.

Your remaining balance will be refunded to the same payment method used for your purchase. The amount will be refunded within 5 business days. Once the return is processed, we will send you a confirmation email confirming your return.

In the event of a package being returned to our company for various reasons (e.g. unclaimed package, NPAI - does not live at the address indicated -, refused package etc.) the merchandise will only be shipped again at the customer's expense. The amount of the reshipping costs will be charged at the actual cost quoted by the carrier taking into account the weight and volume of the item, and no longer on the basis of a minimized flat rate as displayed on the site at the time of sale. In the event of a refund request, the latter will be made with deduction of our actual shipping costs.

Packages not claimed at the collection point within the timeframe specified by the carrier are automatically returned to the sender. Once the package is returned to the seller, the buyer will be refunded the amount of their order (excluding delivery costs), using the same payment method used for the purchase. If the customer wishes to have their package returned, they will need to place a new order. A minimum amount of €6 will be deducted from the refund (management and return processing fees).

When making a return, you are responsible for ensuring the item is properly packaged. You bear the risk of the package/items until we receive the package. Therefore, keep the postal receipt and any tracking number. If the item was delivered in special packaging, the item must also be returned in its original packaging and undamaged. Please note that the seal on skincare and cosmetic products must be intact when returning them.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to make a claim on products that have been personalized by the customer on cut-to-size products,

The following types of items cannot be returned:

  • Services that have been started with the buyer's consent. Such as: Custom-cut products ( ribbons , threads, cords), custom-made products (logo engraving)
  • Products that have been custom-made according to specifications provided by the buyer. Such as: jewelry, custom mounting
  • Products that cannot be returned after opening for hygiene reasons. Such as: Earrings
  • Products that are delivered sealed and cannot be returned with a broken seal.
